Seems like Google wants you to use country-specific Google Search i.e. Google.co.in or Google.ru than Google.com unless you are in US. I switched to Google.com to find the search difference which can be country based and today it prompted me, asking “It looks like you’ve moved, Would you like to use http://google.co.in/?”. Though not compulsory but I was give option to choose yes or no or just close the notification.
I saw this is when signed into my Google Account and in Chrome.
