Apple has put up a web page which you can use to request to get refunded for the iPhone 4 bumper you had bought to keep the signal up all the time. IF you got it using credit card you will get automatically in your credit card but if you bought it using cash, you can take the recepit and then get cash back. But before that make sure you do tell them by filling up this form. and use your Apple ID credentials to go ahead.
