Desktop Player is an Online and also a Desktop Tool which allows you to search Webcasts,Podcasts, White Paper and Links in one search which you make.
The biggest advantage is that you can save your searches and create your own library to view all this later. In my point of view this will be really helpful for IT companies who want to train their developers and Admins. This tool is developed using Silverlight.
