Many a times you might have faced a situation where you want to re-size windows like the Taskbar Properties, Clock and so on. However windows doesn’t always allow you to do that. There could be reasons for doing that but if you want here is a portable application which does that, Resize Enable.
This application just turns on resizing in any windows application or windows boxes if disabled. However resizing might not just work on all windows unless they are made to worked to display properly when resized. I guess that’s why you aren’t allowed to resize everything.
