This is something extraordinary and very useful for power user, In Windows 7 you can create a special control panel item which lists all the control items in one place. So next time you are looking for something in control just open this and search.
Here is how you should set the God Mode:
- Create a new folder anywhere.
- Rename the folder by pasting the string below
- GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
There are total of 284 items in this mode, possibly all the items in control panel is right here.
Found this mode Via jkOnTheRun but as a matter of fact Ramesh @ Windows Valley had already talked about this when Windows Vista came. He posted about this thread of Mera Windows which dates back to 28/11/2007. So as far as I see the credit should be given to him.
